Pizza! I was so excited, I ate some before I remembered to take a photo. Crust is Reinhart’s focaccia recipe, homemade sauce, and Graziano sausage. Paired with a Cream City IPA and a Bill Bryson book.

Best use of leftovers this week. Calzone filling, spaghetti sauce, and a bagel.
It’s beer crust pizza night at Mader Haus thanks to a Shiner Family Reunion mix pack. Yummy!
Hot dog buns! The ones that survived anyway. There was a tragic bun fatality midway through baking. Difference in color is from swapping the racks. The darker ones were on top second.

I’ve been baking! There is almost 2 pounds of butter on this table.
Not the prettiest solution, but I now have radio in my kitchen and one fewer thing piled in my entryway. Next, shelving!
